"This is a very professional company. We scheduled the work in February, knowing there could be weather delays; and there were. However, they called my husband and kept him up to date on the schedule. We were lucky enough to have a few good days and the crew showed up on time and completed the work over the next few days. Very professional, nice and respectful. The project (two walkways and a fire pit) came out perfect! They completed the job and cleaned up everything--it was like they weren't even here. We are very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone. I would definitely use them again for any concrete or outside stone work--excellent."

"We had an amazing experience with Blanco Construction on 11/29/24. We needed outdoor concrete stair repair plus a few additional small jobs. We got a few quotes - Blanco was the only company that explained how and why the damage happened and what we could do to make sure it would not happen again in a way that made complete sense to us. With the freezing temperature coming in and our HOA making us wait a month to hear if we could get the work done, John was easy to contact and communicate with - he worked with us and scheduled promptly as soon as we got approval. "The initial meeting went fine, the man who came out seemed very knowledgeable.  Once they began the work, they finished in a timely manner, although I did notice they hit concrete in one of the locations they were trying to dig.  When I came home after they were done (I had left the final check with my daughter to take care of - mistake), I noticed the 'repairs' to the bricks were extremely sloppy:  completely different color mortar, etc.  There was a lot going on at the moment so I did not contact them right away, and then I procrastinated further since some time had already gone by and this was cosmetic, but when I finally did contact them, I was told their brick person had been fired and they would fix the problem, and he would call back the next day.  He did not call, so I sent pictures a few days later and my husband called a month or two later, but they never contacted us.  Later I found out that they had not submitted the final inspection report to the county by the deadline so things could be properly closed out, but since I did have a copy, I was able to send that in.  By the way, the 'inspection' was based on a review of the 'drive logs.'  Now I have had additional cracks/sticking doors inside and I think there may be a new crack outside (I have not compared yet with my pictures taken earlier to verify it is new.)  I have not yet contacted them about this problem to see if they will respond.

"I had a great experience with this contractor.  They came when they said they would to give me an estimate, the estimate was reasonable, and after collecting two others I chose them. They then came to repoint my chimney when they said they would, they did the work in the time they said it would take, and the finished product looks great.  They also cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. The job was probably a little more complicated than usual because my air conditioner units are at the base of the chimney, but they navigated around them without any apparent difficulty.  I am glad I used them and I would do so again!
