After initially estimating that the work might take 30 minutes, he spent over an hour on the roof to make sure he documented every issue he found. Troy took pictures of all affected areas, and even chalked them up for us. Following his inspection, Troy took the time to walk me through the pictures, explaining exactly what we were looking at. We are expecting a complete report with line by line defects and corresponding images so we can go back to our original contractor for remediation. If all contractors were as honest, and trustworthy as this group, it would make homeownership so much easier. My *only* regret, is that we didn't contact Troy to install this roof in the first place.
