"Buffalo’s Best Roofing review by Mary Corio On Monday, October 20th, 2025 – I was abruptly awoken to the pinging of water drops bouncing off the pots and pans in my living room. They were there for issues I had been having when it rained, and on this particular morning, I hadn’t seen it was raining – but I heard! I thought someone was breaking in, but it was the **** roof again!! Raining in my living room – not good! I was crying as much as it was dripping! I was getting more and more frustrated, had many people coming to help and give me prices, but as the old saying goes: “Action speaks louder than words”, and they just never really followed through or showed up. I was desperate. It just so happened, by some random stroke of luck, I had scheduled an appointment that very morning with Joe White, salesman for Buffalo’s Best. I was simply curious about them. Joe came in to see exactly what and where my issue was and knew it needed to be fixed sooner than later. Everyone told me to get more estimates on the job, but I felt Joe’s price was fair for what I needed and the reviews I read were encouraging. Joe gave me hope and I trusted him, and so I said “Let’s please just Git-R-Done” …. On Monday, October 27th, an amazing ‘team’ showed up, under the supervision of Domenic D’Angelo, and worked diligently from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. I needed a complete roof tear off and reinstallation. I was certain there was no way it could be done so quickly, but it was almost like magic! By dinner time, I had a beautiful new roof, everything was cleaned up and put back nicely, and to anyone who wasn’t around on my street that day – they would never have known so much activity had taken place here. I was and still am in awe! The peace of mind alone is priceless. I cannot put a price tag on the feeling of security, after decades upon decades, that my roof is intact and leaks are a thing of the past, at least for the duration of my lifetime. I have a warranty transferable when I sell my house, and the assurance that if there are any problems whatsoever, Buffalo’s Best Roofing will come to my aid and assistance immediately. It’s not like doing business with a business, it’s like making a new friend who I can trust and build a lasting relationship with. It all started with a new roof! I’m so appreciative to Buffalo’s Best Roofing that I’m definitely going to get prices for new windows and doors come spring. Why not? Any company that treats their customers with such dignity and respect – from the office staff to the field laborers – has my repeated business. I will encourage all of my friends who need work done to call ‘my friends’ at Buffalo’s Best! They have earned their title and I am forever thankful that I found them!!! Don’t nickel and dime with band aid remedies – bite the bullet like I did and put a new brain on your home…. You deserve it and so does your house! Buffalo’s Best – I am forever grateful to have found you! To all the staff who came to my aid and did a fast and expert job on my home – best wishes for a Happy Holiday Season 2025 and continued success and blessings in 2026. Sincerely yours, Mary Corio Town of Niagara, New York"

"I’m happy with the service and results"

"A new metal roof was completed within the time frame, he was consistently on time, respected our community regulations, polite and did an amazing job. I'll hire him again!"

"First and foremost, Premier were the only roofing company in the area to actually call me back when I had a leak. We decided to go ahead an replace the entire roof then and there. Their crew were absolutely amazing and efficient. They were timely and polite. We had some issues with communication over materials but Premier went out of their way to resolve them. One particular instance had the owner himself over to install a skylight blind. I would definitely recommend them."

"Great job by everyone I interacted with from Stellar. The complete job was described in detail ahead of time. The job was completed in one day, about 10 hours of work. Cleanup was exceptional, aside from the new roof, you can't tell they were here. Thanks!"

"Dylan went over step by step of installation, price was very reasonable, would recommend their work without hesitation"

"I initially contacted the company last year in September/October about icicles forming on part of the roofline of our home. Being over 60 years old, I also wanted to get a quote on the LeafGuard product, particularly for the second story gutters as I'm not too thrilled about cleaning them out up at that height. The salesman who came out identified the icicle issue as being caused by inadequate insulation in the crawlspace of that part of the home. He also looked at the other part of attic where we had had foam insulation blown in a number of years ago. He said that it had been very poorly done and should be selectively re-applied to give a better overall insulation to the home. He took extensive measurements on both the insulation job and the gutters. He said he'd be back in touch with a quote "very soon". "Very soon" stretched into three weeks with no word, so I called and asked him what was with the delay. He said he would be hand delivering the estimate by week's end. Well...that didn't happen either. After another two weeks I sent him an email and left word by phone that I wanted the quote. I never heard from the guy. I was going to blow the company off and write a bad review on Angie's List, but thought that it may just be the salesman, not the company. So I drove the 25 miles to their business and asked to speak to the owner. He was very apologetic for the situation and said he would have a different salesman call me within the day. And before I got back to my home, Jim Moran was calling to see when he could come out to look at the job. Jim was out the following day as I recall, and had to totally remeasure the jobs so that he could quote it. The quote was in my hands by the end of the day! Now this was more like it. The price for the services was a bit of a shocker, but I was now getting good service. The crews who did both of the jobs were very professional. They arrived as scheduled. They were pleasant, worked quickly, with great care not to cause damage to the property or leaving behind any mess. The day after the gutters were installed we got a real cloudburst that delivered about 2" of rain in a very short period of time. The gutters were working extremely well except in one area. I took a brief video of the gutter overflowing and sent it to my saleman. The next day the installers were back out and re-engineered that area to solve the issue (or at least I think it is...I'll have to wait for another downpour to find out). I could not be more pleased with both of the jobs that Bauer Specialty completed for us."

"It went perfect. Communication was excellent, I knew when they where coming, approx how much of the roof they where working on, and how long to finish. There was NO vulgarity at all during there time at my house. They where very professional. Price was far better than any other company that I had gotten quotes from. The work was completed in 2 days, they ran nail finder around the house and driveway, and there where none left after they left, also the extra material was left for me. Bradon also called about a month after the installation to make sure we where happy with the work. I would recommend this company."

"Weâ ve been on Lake Chautauqua in Maple Springs since the '60s, witnessing generations and changes along the way. This spring, finding a construction crew with availability and good credentials was no small featâ until we connected with Monroe and More. We saw their construction work trailer in the neighborhood, contacted Dylan, and he came by the same day. The Better Business Bureau A+ Accreditation was helpful in making the family feel comfortable with the company. Dylanâ s quote came fast, was professionally prepared and he answered our questions as we talked through what we wanted. We had M&M update and replace two large porch roofs, two rooflets and the surrounding details and finishings. During that repair we discovered a larger issue, dry root in the window frames where it could not be detected. Ugh. Long story short, the house was built in 1911, different construction methods were used way back then, and some new stuff had been added about 35 years ago and we literally had a rotten mess on our hands two weeks before Memorial Day. Dylan and his crew installed new windows, custom built new window frames, they custom matched, milled and routed the replacement no-knot pine wall boards and finished the job with a smile. Could not be happier!"
