Tile floors were washed and indivdual grout lines were sealed with roll on sealer. One stain reimerged in the basement after the crew left. They returned the next day and treated the stain, removing it completely. Heavy furniture that we did not want moved was put on foam blocks. Other items were moved as needed. The crew even moved bookcases and other furniture back into place when they came back to treat the stain in the basement. All in all, this was an exceptional cleaning experience. <br />"

"Anderson Floor Co. exceeded my expectations in every way. The floor was a mess before they started - coated in 110 years of paint, adhesives and grime. They are certified lead safe renovators should your paint/stain contain lead. They sanded down the floor, successfully getting out deep scuffs that I never though could come out. Then re-sealed it with Bona products. The floor looked absolutely beautiful when they were done!"

"I will say they are slow to return calls but Gil and Matt did a great job cleaning and sealing several sections of original tile in my  1990 home on the East Side.  The entry way was pretty stained and though some of the tiles were broken, Matt did a nice job cleaning and keeping the tiles in place.  We chose not to try to replace them because they were not in bad shape other than cracked and were original.  The file place hearths looke much better afterward.  The first time he sealed one, it did not set up properly.  Matt came back quickly to repair the work.  I also liked that he took the time to explain to me the tools they use to clean up the tiles. <br />"
