We have had them do work for us in the past (wood floor refinished upstairs) and we thought they did such a beautiful job with the floors we asked them to come back and put a new roof on for us. They did excellent work and communication with them was excellent also. They answered all of my questions promptly through email or phone. Dan the chimney guy did an excellent job rebuilding the house chimney he got it done in 2 days.
While roofing, a piece of shingle hit one of our glass windows, cracking it, when Dan came to rebuild the chimney, he took the window and brought it back the next week! "When I called the company they came out the same day.  After accessing the situation they moved all of the furniture and games from the affected room.  After removing the wet carpeting the crew washed and sanitized the floor and set huge fans around the room.  They came back a day later to check that everything was dry.  It was an excellent job and we were most relieved that we had no mold developing.  Hope we don't have anymore flooding but if we do we'd be sure to call "The Master Cats"."
