"It was easy to work with them from start to finish.  I contacted Zach Levy on one day and my bathroom was transformed by 2PM the following day!  In order for this to happen so speedily, Zach used texting of photos to recommend a solution, provide a price, and schedule the job.  Zach guided me about which photos to take.  I sent him pictures of the entire tub/shower and bathroom sink counter and also provided detailed photos that showed the problems.  He got right back to me with an estimate and scheduled the job.  It turned out that he had an available slot the following day and that worked for me.  The technician arrived on time, handled the contractual side quickly and easily, and got to work after a grout color was selected.  He took precautions to keep any dust inside the room and not have it spread into adjacent rooms. The job took 6 hours and the technician asked any decision questions along the way so that the final result was exactly what I wanted. Upon asking, the technician showed me the materials they were using,  They use top-notch materials with longevity.  For example, the GE caulk has a 7-year no-mold warranty!  The results looked great and we let it sit without use for 2 days to let everything set (36 hours was recommended by the technician).  After that time the walls and sink counter were wiped down.  In doing so, one small spot on the countertop rubbed off, revealing the dark, old grout below.  I took an overall and detailed photo and sent it to Zach with a brief explanation.  I asked if they could come back and fix this one spot.  I got an immediate "yes" and we'll be getting that done shortly.  Things happen.  It's how it's handled that's important.  Their services are expedient and professional.  My bathroom is now clean as a whistle; it's a spa experience.  I do have one regret - it's that I did not find them sooner!  Thanks go to American Grout Specialist. <br />"

I also found some grout material adhering to the tiles which I had to remove on my own. <br /> <br /> - Austin accepted my check and told me that his brother would mail me the invoice and receipt. "Our cleaning tech was Didier and he actually called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled. Fine with us. Didier was very professional and explained everything he would do to make our sofa clean again. He took great care in handling the fabric cushions and sectional bases. He even used floor cloths although we have tile floors. The sofa sections were vacuumed multiple times - there was a lot of cat hair embedded in the fabric that our vacuum wasn't able to handle. Because the cleaning process was so successful, we opted to have Didier apply a fabric protector coat. <br /> The process of vacuuming, cleaning and protecting the sofa took over 5 hours but the sofa looks great. We are very pleased with the whole experience and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to a friend or family member.  <br />"

"I booked this work on Stanley Steemer's web order form and was pleased to have two followup up calls from their office acknowledging receipt of the order and reminding me about the appointment a day beforehand. Gustavo and Jose arrived during the promised service window and completed all the work in 45 minutes. The family room carpet was soiled to a degree that offered little hope that it could look like anything, but I was amazed at how good it looked after the cleaning. The guys were courteous and efficient and did all the required furniture moving without incident. The office followed up by phone to be certain that I was satisfied with the work. "I had Brandon out, it's a small company as far as I can tell. The do organic cleaning. They gave discount card for the second time. I have used them twice, but I recommended them to my friends. Brandon was very good. I think they had a limit on travel, that was a question I had, and I think I was in the range and they added on an extra $13 for travel, but I said I was within range and they took it off. I think they were young guys being trained. The cleaning was good and they said they only use salt water, I asked how it works and gets so clean with salt water and he said that's our mystery. I said how do you get the stains out he said we just go over them again. It was good, and organic that's why I wanted to try them."

"I was very impressed with both the owner-operator and the work. First, he vacuumed the carpets to be cleaned. The blood stains were several years old and I had removed as much as possible, but there were dark spots left. They are completely gone now. I had forgotten that I had the same company clean our carpets in 2001, but found this by searching in my check book. Interesting coincidence. I certainly will call this same company the next time I need carpets and/or upholstery cleaned."
