I had all the parts ready for him in a bowl with the packaging and directions on the back of the package. He did not seem to look at that as he had to keep removing and figuring out how to install the valve correctly. He was respectful and a nice fellow."

This time, they were able to get started as soon as they came out to provide us with an estimate. A pipe was tied in to the existing lines under the house and run up to the front wall. When I asked about 'freeze protection' after they were done, the installer was very helpful in showing us how the system worked and exactly what to do to prevent any problems, even showing us a failed unit in his truck that burst over the winter. <br />"
