Get matched with top tile & grout cleaning pros in Fremont, CA

"Phillip came by promptly for an estimate. We were able match our short schedule and his crew availability and he gave me a discount and requested I write a review. We don’t always take time to write reviews when work is good, so I did not mind as work and work turned out to be good indeed. Tiles and granite look great after cleaning and sealing. Soiled and black grout lines in high traffic areas were restored to their gray color. Phillip also advised about cleaning regime to keep the seal for longer. Not many cleaners care as they want to come back for the job. Service is not the cheapest and not the priciest if you compare with big-box services. Work was great overall and professionally done. He promised me better work on carpet deep cleaning then what I got done by my long time carpet cleaner and I plan to give him a chance next time."

"Good communication, showed up when they said they would, and did a good job. A+"

"I bought the deal from Angie's list for carpet cleaning for 4 rooms. Gary contacted me a few days after I bought the deal to set the appointment. He was on time on the day of the cleaning. He came into the house and took a quick look through the house and explained what will happen to get the carpet cleaned. They even helped to move some furniture out of the way. The deal did not include the stairs so that's added cost. We also had our rug washed as well for additional cost. My house is so clean now! Yay!"

"Mr. Young was very prompt in setting up a time to inspect my cracked grout and give me an estimate. After I accepted the estimate he back the next day and did the work. The repair took a little over one hour to perform and another 24hr for the new grout to cure."

"I purchased my condo in 2003 and was told by the previous homeowner that the stains could not be removed. I have lived with them the entire time but not after I tried every chemical recommended to remove the stains and nothing worked. I am getting my place ready to sell and my real estate agent said I need to rip out that tub, that my condo is very nice but they are going to see that tub and shower door and see work they have to do. I once again purchased a bunch of chemicals and spent a day trying to get it clean with no luck. I thought I should try a professional apartment cleaning company, I could send a picture and they will tell me if they can get it clean. I sent through RFP on Angies List and Serrano was the first and only company that responded. He saw the picture and said he could get it clean. I still thought when he arrived at my house he would see it and change his mind. An hour later my tub looks brand new, everything is shiny, including the shower door. I have never seen it look so good, it was the best money I spent. I was shocked at how good it looked. I would highly recommend this company."

"Kevin did a great job, we are very well satisfied for his service."

"green restoration was great, super fast call for service, great pricing, and the service was the best."

"Ricardo, Eli, and their helper Cheli were professional, friendly, completed each cleaning task thoroughly, quickly, and completely. From cleaning the blinds to looking new, walls, casings, vacuuming, windows, and carpets, the place looked as great as the day I moved in. Excellent critical thinking and addressing any cleaning challenge. They were very accommodating and considerate. Their fee was reasonable and more than fair for all of the work they accomplished in 3-4 hours. Great people to work with at the end of a trying move. A grateful and heartfelt thank you for taking such great care!"

"Lupe showed up right on time and worked non-stop until she finished the job; she did a very good job cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. I plan to hire her again."
