"The ladies that work in the office are real friendly and can give you a pretty accurate estimate over the phone. With initial visit to complete the service the tech noticed that he needed a thicker glass than expected. This post-poned the service for another week and another estimate. The tech then came again and installed the windows, however the third window was too short. The tech then had to come the next day to finish the job. The tech was professional and experienced at his job and worked with my schedule. After reviewing his job on the thick piece of glass, I noticed it was not in the original gooves. I am not sure if the glass was too thick or too wide to go into the original slot but the window has not leaked as of yet."
