"I hired Geno's company to do a full residing and gutter replacement. Geno was very professional and responsive throughout the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns in a patient and professional manner. His crew was punctual, very respectful and performed a fantastic job. They had a bit of bad weather with the heat wave at the beginning of the job and horrible rains at the end of the job which, I'm sure, made it very challenging for them; however, regardless, they performed a fantastic job and I absolutely LOVE my new siding and gutters. All of the debris from each day was cleaned up before they left every evening which was fantastic. Geno was so wonderful to work with, I have referred him to others and am currently trying to figure out how I can hire him again to replace my roof! "Vladimir was the person who came to check out the job and give me a quote. I needed a metal lining for for a natural gas flue... He was knowledgable about the project i needed and while he is a bit enthusiastic he delivered exactly what he said he would deliver.... He came to the house the day of the job with several very nice workers to accomplish what he said he would do. The gentleman and Vladimire worked well together and were very pleasant to be around."

"Siding is beautiful. Gutters are nice. Our 2 day job took 2 weeks to complete. During install an exterior electrical box needed to be maneuvered so Siding could go behind it. This threw off electrical to a building that was tied to that outlet. No response from the warranty team other than pay an electrician to fix us and forward the bill for reimbursement. I asked for this in writing and got nothing. The gutter pitch is off and we were guaranteed it would be fixed with the installation of the new gutters. It was not and water drains directly onto an electrical outlet. The warranty dept is radio silent. The billing team was very quick to send us reminders, the bill, and more reminders."

"Gregory initially proposed using SImonton BrickMold 600 new construction windows because of the 1/8" thicker glass the Brickmold have than the Reflexions 5500 windows. For the slight additional cost Gregory quoted me, I was willing to consider this. Unfortunately, the Brickmold only come with nailing fins; I had 4 windows that were set in brick (the rest in siding), so to use the Brickmold would involve removing the nailing fins, which unfortunately voids the warranty. So Gregory proposed doing the installation as the more labor intensive new construction install with the Reflections 500 windows with the nailing fins (these windows can be installed either with or without the nailing fins without voiding the warranty). I checked with my neighbor, who happens to be a retired estimator for another roofing/windows company, who agreed that using the nailing fins with the Reflexions 5500 windows wherever I had siding and not brick was the preferred method of install. For the price Gregory quoted me, he was equal to or less than the other quotes I received, but he  also included in the price  replacement of two very difficult to access picture windows, including one that probably weighed 800+ pounds. He also agreed to cover the additional expense of any windows local regulations required to be upgraded to tempered glass (which turned out to include the octagonal window and the larger picture window) AND was willing to replace our old window sills (which were builder's grade clipboard-type material that had been damaged by moisture) for just the cost of the material. Lastly, he agree to both take down our mounting hardware for our blinds and put them back up when he was done.
The work took nearly 3 days. Days started at 7 pm sharp and ended about 7:30 pm.
Gregory's foreman, Lucas, was phenomenal. Besides taking extraordinary care to keep our house neat and to work around the nap schedule of a toddler, he was extraordinarily courteous and took time all along the way to tell us how each step would occur each day and to make sure their plans would not interfere with our daily activities.
Gregory also noted our concern about our water damaged windowsills, so after removing the old ones, he placed waterproof material over the over framework, then brought in an outside master carpenter to measure, cut, and edge the new Certateed cellular PVC material he ordered for the new sills. The material, though very expensive compared to wood, has the feel and weight of wood, but is completely waterproof, and comes in white, so that I did not have to get the sills painted in the end.
It should also be noted that all this went on while he was working with wedding preparations for his daughter!
Definitely would use his company again.

"From the first time Rick came to my home I felt very comfortable with his professionalism.  I had a number of other contractors come to my home for bids but I never had the comfort level that I had with Rick.  Rick's price was not the cheapest nor was it the most expensive.  My installation was a bit challenging to say the least as we had to deal with snow and delays due to snow but Rick and his guys completed my job and did a great job in keeping my house clean.  I would recommend Rick to anyone looking for new windows and siding.  You will get a fair price and a great installation experience."
