"MIA Services came to the house and provided an assessment and quote to clean fireplace and cap and advised would need to schedule follow up date for service as this would be a two-man job. On scheduled date, only one technician showed up, and he could not speak English. When cleaning fireplace no plastic or covering was used on the hearth or surrounding carpeted areas as discussed during initial visit nor was any type of scoping done to insure flew was indeed clean. Although fireplace seems to be working okay since servicing, I was very disappointed with the way the work was handled versus presentation during the initial evaluation and quote. Communication with the technician on site was challenging to say the least. Overall experience left me with no confidence in this vendor and I would not hire them again. "
