Our house was flooded during roof replacement. Chris Smith, has never reached out to us, despite over $100,000 in damage to our home. I don't feel it unreasonable to expect the owner to at least reach out and express concern when something of this magnitude happens. Smith's liability ins will cover, but only pays ACV, not replacement cost value RCV. This leaves us responsible for $10,000 - $20,000 to restore our house and replace personal property damaged. I have reached out to Chris multiple times to discuss the situation, he has ignored my calls. How the owner acts says the most about the company. He has some wonderful people working for him, but he is ultimately responsible when something goes wrong. Chris Smith walked away with his bill for the roof paid in full & left us with a mess and a bill."
