"Quick response made appointment for quote the following week. The night before the appointment, they called me & told me they double booked us. I told them it was ok to reschedule 1 more week when I & my husband off work. 5 days later they called me they had to reschedule again which we couldn?t do it another 2 weeks because our work schedules were already out. It?s hard to match my and my husband?s schedules to be off work so we can start sunroom projects. I told them to call me if they can come to our schedule. I?m glad we didn?t hire them. It could?ve taken 2 years to build a sunroom if they continued rescheduling. Hire someone else."

Thay engaged an engineer to move a wall, and the result will help me age-in-place in comfort and safety. Throughout the process the workers were pleasant, respectful of my space and needs, and helpful in many unexpected ways.
