"Excellent. We requested proposals from four contractors, all of whom were listed on Angie's List. SNS was the clear winner. Dan Shannon, the company owner, visited the house and understood exactly what we envisioned. He then submitted a very clear and concise proposal. SNS's actual performance lived up to our high expectations. All work was started as planned and completed slightly ahead of schedule. We now have two beautiful bathrooms. Dan has been doing this for 40 years and it showed. Dan was excellent at planning the work and then executing the plan. He was also critical at assisting us in selecting the right kind of tile for the job and recommending several improvements which saved money. Dan has a small crew of people that have been with SNS for several years. They are well trained and their craftsmanship was obvious. As one might image remodeling two bathrooms can be very disruptive to a household. SNS did a very good job of minimizing this disruption. The furniture was covered and drop clothes were laid down in all traffic areas. SNS showed up promptly each morning and worked a full day cleaning up after themselves at the end of day. The crew were all polite and easy to work with. Dan exhibited a can-do attitude and out-of-the-box thinking that resulted in a final product that was beautiful, functional, exceeded our expectations, and was completed at a reasonable cost. Johnny removed walls in my pass through kitchen, poured concrete and added beams giving me a 22x18 Kitchen!, a 4x8 island with 12 drawers and three cabinets, a 6x6 walk in pantry, a 6x6 Laundry room. His crew installed wood look porcelain floors throughout house, barn doors, custom cabinets and shelves, new lighting, new drywall, and they painted all but bedrooms and bathrooms. They installed a new tiled walk in shower and glass doors and after it was all done he sent a cleaning crew to the house. This was all done in less than 3 months. Johnny and his crew were so easy to work with, they were respectful and always thoughtful and cautious with us having a little one in the house. "We hired PAR to do a bathroom remodeling job for us and the work was very good. We noticed afterward that an area they remodeled was suffering water damage and we asked them to come out and take a look. It turned out to be an issue that was due to the house having foundation work done a while back that was finally exposed. Roger kindly negotiated a reasonable price for the work to be done and sent his guys back out to do the work. They even did a few extra things for us like sealing up an area in the adjacent bathroom free of charge. I would highly recommend them for any remodeling work that needs to be done.
