"I spoke to Jerry some time during late 2017 but I delayed my project. Because I liked the information we discussed then I called him back a couple of weeks ago and had him come out to complete my project. He not only cleaned my carpets but I had one room that I needed the carpet re-stretched. He did the work quickly and expertly! My husband and I were thinking about replacing the carpet within the next six months but now I think I can make it last at least another year, maybe longer. I'll definitely be calling Jerry back!"

"Semi minor carpet repair involving replacing about 6 feet of carpet padding and tacking the carpet back in place. Technician had everything in his truck to do the repairs right away. Great job for the money."

"The house was built in 1979 in the northeast part of Garland, over the last three decades it had developed foundation problems.  Last year I repaired the foundation and plumbing problems.  This year in June I contracted with Alvarez Painting Co. to repair the sheetrock.  He repaired the cracks, retextured, and painted.  I had asked him for walls that looked as good as the ones that you see in a new house model.  I got what I asked for and as of a month later I think they look better than some I see in model homes. The wood door had been installed by a different contractor who could not get the color right.  Paul's stripped it and restrained it, now it looks much better.  The window sill had been practical board that had gotten wet and blotted and was falling apart, Paul replaced it with Poplar which is a much better wood then I had expected.

Hi my name is Chris Hill I run Hill Exteriors and we are a small local residential construction company mainly focusing on exterior work but we have the skills and knowledge to tackle almost any project you have related to your home. I grew up as one of those kids who loved tools and taking stuff apart and putting it back together and started my career off at Home Depot at the age of 18 where I ended up being promoted and managing the paint department there. I trained under an extremely skilled contractor for about a decade before he retired and he left me with the skills ,knowledge and the accounts to be able to continue the work he had trained me to do at fair prices. I take pride in my work and not try to sell people stuff that they don't need. If what you need done is not something I can handle I will be up front about it and I have a large network of local contractors that I trust that I can put you in touch with. I am insured and local with plenty of references!

"Arrived on time on the day of the appointment. The stretching and cleaning of the carpet left them looking like new."

"I hooked up with Dennis through Anji. He worked with me to fit me in between other large jobs he had doing on which worked for me because I was only wanting one room, my living room, stretched. He was patient with me working around my schedule. No pressure, just good ole' fashioned politeness and respect. Dennis, was absolutely fantastic. I could not be happier with the carpet stretching Dennis did for me nor could I be happier with the individual himself. If you ever need carpet installed or stretched in Arlington, TX or the DFW are you will not be disappointed with the work Dennis will provide."

"Carpet was 8 x 10. Simply Rug Cleaning pick-up rug and took to their facility. Carpet was returned in 14 days. The carpet had been under a plant and was wet for several months. They did a very good job getting the mold out and sanitizing the carpet. The water stain is still slightly visible but much better. I was happy with their service and would use again."

"This was hands down the best carpet cleaning I’ve ever had. The company is professional and does excellent work. I will definitely hire again and have recommended them to others."

"I needed a piece of carpet replaced. Canâ t even tell itâ s not part of the original carpet."
