"Everything went very well. I submitted 3 project requests and Metro Pest Control was the first one to call immediately (and the only one to respond). Free estimate was scheduled the next day and was professionally conducted. Detailed works were explained item by item. I thought the price was reasonable (compared to what my friend paid other company) and the description of the work to be done was thorough. All the works were completed the same day as promised and a follow up work to close the last hole the following week. When I thought I saw a squirrel was able to get back to the attic, Metro Pest Control immediately sent out the workers to inspect the problem. "For the first time in 35 years, Gophers invaded my Garden area. Edge came and initiated a year long Pest Control program (bugs and insects). Then they placed bait and traps for the Gophers, and repaired a Dryer Vent to exclude crawly things from getting into our house. Unfortunately, the late February snow storm covered the Gopher mounds with about 12" of snow, and the followup on the Gophers had to be delayed a couple of weeks until Mr. Sun worked his magic on the snow, and Edge could retrieve their traps. Jarret and his crew worked very efficiently, and seemed genuinely concerned about my Pest Problem. Hopefully, the Gophers are now gone, and my yard will be pest free for a Year."
