He shared some good ideas with us, which we used. He has an operations gentleman named Dearl Brewer, who is also fantastic at setting up and repairing the equipment. They were fair and reasonable in the pricing and delivered excellent quality work. I don't think you will find a better pool company than this. Believe me, I shopped the metroplex. If you don't use Luxe Laggon, you had better do your research. I found many companies out there that will take advantage of you. After the job, I could not be more pleased with Steve and his company. "

"We had a TOTAL remodel of our pool. Hydro blasting off old surface, stabilizing staples added to sub structure, new plaster, new plumbing, new electrical, new tile, new coping, new deck, new filter, new diving board. The only old thing was the hole in the ground. El Dorado did the complete job. The pool is beautiful. But, what makes me recommend them is service after the fact. The winter weather caused some coping to buckle. I informed El Dorado. They had someone out in a few days and completely replaced the affected area. It looks perfect. Our entire backyard has been elevated because of this project. Now, it was expensive. But, I hope I only have to do this once."

They brought actual samples, not just catalogues. They listened to and worked within our budget. They were on time. They cleaned up every day, and they completed on schedule. I could not be happier. When it comes time to resurface my pool, I will ask them back out to do that. What they did for us: resurfaced our deck, replaced the mastic, took out an unused concrete slab, replaced all of our tile, installed a railing, removed a broken pool heater, and I’m sure there was more. There was no pressure to upsell us. They stuck to our budget. These guys are great!"

"Very disappointed with Tropix Remodels. I recently contracted with them for Swimming Pool Renovation and Repair. We saw many positive reviews from 2016 to 2019. There are issues with the mortar, grout, and flagstone coping repairs. There is a flagstone that was level, but now, after "repairs," it has a 3/4" gap. I told the Renovations Manager about these issues and pointed them out when he arrived at my house to collect the final payment. He refused to address my concerns. He insisted the job was complete and any issues would be addressed as warranty repairs after I made the final payment. But, he previously stated that discolored and cracked mortar, uneven flagstone coping, and the gap in the tile are not covered under warranty. I sent a punch list and received the response, "We Are Willing To Make all Warrantable Repairs, Only After Full Remaining Balance is Received." The work is not finished, and Tropix Remodels has refused to address the outstanding issues. Do not recommend!"
