"The person performing the service had to make several trips because one of the "new" parts turned out to be faulty. I found both Complete Protection and their local repair contractor to be both very responsive and totally professional at every stage of the repair process."

"The process was quick and easy. I just provided a water sample. It was determined that I had high levels of chlorine in our drinking water. I was able to solve my water problems with only one filter. Why did I wait years to have this done? Now I can be confident that our water is safe. Highly recommended."

"By far the worse plumbing company I have ever dealt with….needless to say just by calling them is when my plumbing major issue began. My house over night started smelling musty so desperately after cleaning house thoroughly and smell only got stronger around 4pm I called roto rooter explained the problem and the female advised she would send someone, to inspect which was not going to cost anything only repairs if anything found. I was on my way home but they showed up before me, when I got home my 15 year old son was UNDERNEATH my house! searching for water leaks while roto rooter guys told him what to do! I immediately ask what was going on! A huge guy responded well I can’t find and can’t smell so I can’t go down there…and the other responds, I am in training and don’t know what I am doing or what I need to look out for so your son volunteered to help…. Seriously! My son then says he did volunteered because the smell idle so bad and neither of them was going to go down there to search for leaks or water damage and he just wanted the problem fix, he figured is he was told what to do by “a professional” then he can find the problem! No that is not exceptable. Then I advised of another opening to under the house but they said they had to call their boss and advise they have founded nothing this far and..:they had only been there 15 min with out actually checking anything! Then one of the guys gets off the phone, says he was advised charge me 85.00 because they had already been long alenough! And to reschedule to have someone come back to inspect inside the walls with a camera because they (this particular) does not do that, they basically only unclog drain lines and weren’t exactly sure what they were sent to search for moisture or water leaks….you’ve got to be kidding me right!? No i did not pay the 86.00 but got screwed anyways. One of the guys tells me my sons bathroom has a clog and need to unclog shower drain as this may be the problem which will cost 165.00 so of course I did pay. I called their Amarillo office , extremely ignorant guy answered the phone who happened to be the main guy this worked talked to on the phone…basically said deal with it and clthat Monday he would have someone call to schedule another appointment with me to search for leaks or moisture inside the walls, no one ended up calling and in the mean time everyone else in Amarillo is booked out, finally a week later my husband gets home from out of town and, smell only got worse. With in house of being home he inspects the house and fins wall floor vent are so caked and extremely hot air is coming out of them and when he put his ear to the vent he could hear the leak! So he turns off the main water line, call roto rooter and the same guy answers the phone, basically tells my husband to call someone else and hangs up on him! We called a plumber (roto rooter) when we had this emergency and their visit was complete b*******, because of then my issue may have gotten worse, I may now have mold under my house and extensive damage because who they sent over refuses to do an inspection and charged me to unclog a drain line… rest assured this will is not the only complain, I will be contacting their main office, write a formal complain, depending on damages I will also get my insurance and attorneys involved. I have seen many bad reviews and realize this is not a honest company or someone you can trust, they can not continue to do this to anyone else with out being held liable…"

"The Tatsch pump guy cut one pvc pipe and drained the bladder tank. Told me I needed a new bladder tank, and that I could get one from tractor supply. He charged us 190.00 and left. I got a tank from tsc and installed it myself, which was his recommendation. I now still have the same problem and have not only been out his service call fee, but also the price of the new tank. When I called them about it, all I got was voice mail and no return call. Very unprofessional. A total waste of money and time and now I have to call someone else that actually knows what they are doing."

FAQs for sump pump repair or replace projects in Fritch, TX

Sump pumps last about 10 years with proper maintenance and prompt repairs. Several factors can influence your sump pump’s lifespan, such as usage, environmental conditions, and installation. Premium sump pumps with heavy-duty motors and quality components tend to last longer than lower-cost models. Pedestal sump pumps usually last longer than submersible models since they’re not constantly exposed to water.

A basement French drain is a drainage system installed in basements or around a building’s foundation to redirect water and prevent flooding. This system features a trench with a perforated pipe that catches and transports water away. These systems can crack, freeze, or clog, potentially resulting in flooding or strain on your sump pump.

You can use a sump pump in your yard to minimize pooling water and landscape damage, but it’s best used in conjunction with other drainage systems. This can include French drains, trench drains, underground downspouts, and other equipment. Proper lawn care, such as soil aeration and native plants, also aids with drainage.
