I was concerned about how the gutters would turn out as well as the color combinations. I was always able to call in to the service department with questions and they helped resolve all of my concerns. After the job is complete, they send out a quality assurance person to make sure that the installation was done properly. They answer your questions at that time. The company offers a lifetime warranty, so they will send someone out to correct any problems you have. I was very pleased with the look of the home exterior colors, and the new door. My neighbors have complimented me on the work as well."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Overall, we received great customer service and a solid product. I am happy with the results. 
We had some issues with scheduling. Our back gutters were taken care of quickly, but a large tree in our front yard limited access. We ended up calling in a landscaping company to cut the branches overhanging our home, and afterwards Exterior Pros of America came back out to our house to finish the job. 
While up on the tall ladder, they also fixed/resecured a decorative shutter on one of our top floor windows for no additional charge. I appreciated their thoughfulness and felt like they really aimed to take care of our home. 
I do think that the gutter guard product is expensive, but it seems a very high quality. With all work completed, I feel that it was worth the investment and I'd recommend Exterior Pros.
