I'd been watching this company from week to week on different roofs in our Nottingham neighborhood in Broken Arrow. I was worried about how the guttering would be placed on my home because some neighbors gutters are not attractive and standout in a bad way. YOU CAN DEFINITELY TELL THE HOUSES IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD THAT USED ROCA ROOFING, they all are very beautiful. I know that sounds strange to say, but most of my neighborhood had damage. The houses that used ROCA you recognize right away. They look beautiful! Other roofing companies some of my neighbors used looks blah/plain. I don't know if it is because ROCA has better craftsmanship or they use better quality materials; but I can spot a ROCA roof from the others.

"He was about 20 minutes late-did not call.  Removed old ice maker and decided whole thing needed replacing since we have had it repaired 3 times previously by another company.  He had a new ice maker on the truck so he was able to replace it right then.  The dishwasher was another issue.  He said it needed a new mother board - he called his supplier who said they no longer make them. So he packed up his tools and told us to go shopping for a new dishwasher - that didn't sit well with me since it is only 7 years old and still worked very well until now.  The next day, I googled the model number of our dishwasher and there it was - a new mother board with a video of how to replace it...I ordered it and replaced it myself - the dishwasher now works like new."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
