"Derek was great. He managed to fit me into his schedule last year and came out roughly every 2 weeks. He was out in January 2018 and cleaned up some brush that was down from Hurricane Irma. I thought he would haul it away but he left it piled up at the curb. The trash company wouldn't pick it up because the pieces were too large. He'd sometimes let me know so late in the day, I didn't have a chance to get to the bank to get cash for him and would have to stop at the ATM on the way home. This was after the fact that I asked him to give me 24 hours notice that he was coming."
