"The Three Pines Tree Removal team are the best! Steve listened to what I needed, walked me through the process and provided suggestions. I needed 6 very tall, large trees to be trimmed. One was over a lake and another was between two houses. I received a fair price and Steves team at T.P.T.R did a FANTASTIC job! "Derek was great. He managed to fit me into his schedule last year and came out roughly every 2 weeks. He was out in January 2018 and cleaned up some brush that was down from Hurricane Irma. I thought he would haul it away but he left it piled up at the curb. The trash company wouldn't pick it up because the pieces were too large. I kept waiting to hear from Derek to let me know when he was going to come out again to start mowing my lawn for the season but I have heard nothing from him. The guy who takes care of my land in Hernando County was in contact with me every 2-3 weeks during the off season to see if I needed anything. Maybe Derek was expecting me to contact him. But since I haven't heard anything from him and the backyard was getting overgrown, I've hired someone else to take care of it. I didn't like the fact that he always wanted to be paid in cash. I don't have cash laying around the house. He'd sometimes let me know so late in the day, I didn't have a chance to get to the bank to get cash for him and would have to stop at the ATM on the way home. This was after the fact that I asked him to give me 24 hours notice that he was coming."

"It went extremely well. Leo was very meticulous in cleaning my gutters. He had a huge job to do based on faulty leaf guards. I had him remove them also. He cleared clogged down spouts and also replaced a leaky one. Looks great. Leo is thorough in his approach, takes pride in his work and stands behind it.
