"First and foremost Quido C. who made a very good review actually works for this company as an " Engineer" which he is not and has a criminal record for impersonating an Engineer. They came to the community and did not do anything the contracts said nor did they do what they said they would do ... Did a" bait and switch" with proposal and contract. this company is what is known in the asphalt world as gypsies they come in talk a great game then get a major deposit and do half the work then never comes back. They took a 55plus communities' money and ran. Yelled and threatened residents , very unprofessional , you see these guys RUN.!!!! I have video and proof of everything stated here. As we speak state attorney is working to get these guys.... good luck and shame on you , karma sucks from the community you stole from."

"If you are looking to get driveway repaved, do not call All About Asphalt. We had our driveway repaved over 2 weeks ago. I've given Heath 3 weeks to fix his mistakes and heard nothing. No followup after the work was done. Surface is bumpy. Feels like a cheap carnival ride when driving over it. Many high and low areas. Edges are not feathered to existing walks and garage. One inch step at a concrete pad in the back. No cleanup done, chunks of asphalt in grass. Roller marks in a few places. Edges not straight at lawn. Grass growing through areas where paving is uneven. Pooling water when it rains or irrigation runs. This morning I found an eight inch bar embedded in the asphalt where it could have flattened a tire. Heath and Andy were training 2 newbies and the workmanship shows it. Asphalt was cold and they did not heat it to roll it out."

Unfortunately, when things went wrong with Tropical Paver Sealing, they didn’t rise to the occasion. I hired Tropical Paver Sealing, for a paver sealing job that included pressure washing my pool deck. During the service, the technician, Bowen, got distracted and ended up stripping the paint from the base of my pool enclosure, leaving it exposed to rust. Amanda, the owner, came out to inspect the damage, took videos, and promised to get back to me that afternoon with a solution. That follow-up never happened, despite me reaching out several times. To add to the frustration, I later found that my pool deck drains were filled with silicon sand used during the sealing process. The drains hadn’t been covered, so the sand just clogged them up. Once again, I reached out to Amanda, but my concerns were ignored. It's easy to get great reviews when everything goes smoothly, but when things go wrong, that’s when a business shows its true colors. Unfortunately, Tropical Paver Sealing didn’t handle the situation well at all, and Amanda was completely unresponsive. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend them. What could’ve been a simple fix turned into silence and neglect."
