And after many months and years, 3 years to be exact, I've been trying to get them. The information I need off of the coil of metal. So I can get the manufacturer's warranty. Karen at G & G told me that they don't keep that number. So, I can't prove who made the metal and who I talked to about the warranty. I've got $33,000 invested in this roof. And now, they tell me they sold the business, and the new owner is not responsible for anything that was done. Jamie, the shop foreman, told me that I did have a problem with the roof, and he tried to get me information. He never came through. So, I'm left stuck. "
