"Overall, very well. Initial response very quick and I received three options for repair (low to higher costs based on permanency of fix around chimney). I chose the higher one where they re-built the flashing components, lots of problems discovered. Only reason I did not rate 5 was some confusion about arrival time and repair person showed up without needed supplies. But they overcame problem and worked hard to finish, pleased with result."
