"I was a licensed contractor for 30+ years, I know the contracting business. My concrete garage floor had serious floor cracks with damaged foundation side walls. We decided that an epoxy/chip floor coating was the best finish option. Kaveh and his crew did a very professional job back cutting and filling the floor cracks, patching (with anchors) the damaged foundation walls, and properly prepping the floor surface. They used only quality products that were applied in a professional manner following manufactures application cure times, I checked. Very pleased with the job and will recommend Speciality Design Coatings to friends and associates."

"Amazing job on our warehouse floor! The epoxy came out smooth, clean, and professional. The whole space looks completely different. Very happy with the results!"

"Brian and his assistant arrived promptly at 7 am (just when they said that they would) and proceeded to grind the concrete floor of our 3-car garage, and by 1 pm they had finished, having spread the flecks of our chosen color and fully coated the garage floor evenly and beautifully. Their instructions were clear (and we followed them) and two days later felt confident enough to walk safely on the surface, which has the feel and texture we wanted. Altogether, an excellent job, efficiently done."

"Couldn’t be happier with how my garage floor turned out! The sealed epoxy looks amazing and totally changed the whole space. He got everything done in just one day, worked hard the entire time, and was super polite and easy to work with. You can tell he really cares about doing a good job. Definitely recommend!"

"Showed up on time and made everything clean and fixed the gutters! Awesome bro, would hire again if I had more roofs."

"Matthew did an exceptional job coating my garage. He is very meticulous and spared no expense spreading the "flakes" onto every inch of the floor in addition to the curbs. Originally, for an additional cost, I wanted him to return the next day to re-sand the surface and add an additional coat of sealer. He said that he would gladly take my money for it but it really didn't need it done. When have you heard of a contractor turning down an extra? Honest guy. Hire him."
