"I had a bad experience with my previous floor repair project, so this time I requested 3 pros just to be cautious, Ecological was not the lowest bidder but I was impressed with Mo's detailed evaluation so decided to go with them instead of the other two vendors with lower quote. I am glad that I made that decision. The team not only did a fantastic job replacing the floor, when they suppose to partially replace the damaged door trim (as part of the contract) but realized that my current trim was discontinued, they went ahead replaced the entire trim, Ray even spent the effort to paint the trim (the new trim came with a bit different color than the rest of the door/trim inside the house) so that they match the color with the rest of the interior. On the last day, Mo and I did a walk through and found out a few small spots need final touch (which is complete normal) and clean up, Mo quickly scheduled the revisit and fixed everything perfectly. I am really happy with the result, and big shout out to Mo and Ray!"
