"This was again a deal on Angie's List. This deal was for the replace of outdoor faucet, water heater flush and leakage detection. 
I was confused with the deal and thought its for any faucet. The engineer clearly explained me the issue and provided me work estimate to replace the faucet for the Pool. 
The engineer performed the work. It took him some more time than anticipated. 
I had given a rating of B only because the other two services which I had purchased were not performed to my satisfaction. The technician performed the Water Heater flush but he did not perform any leakage detection for the plumbing.
The cost of the job was just right. 
The  provider is very good to work with. I feel that there is some tendency to reschedule the job when a deal is purchased through Angie's List. This is the second provider who rescheduled twice.

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "Jacob was professional, meticulous, knowledgeable, courteous and helped us learn the correct way we needed to get several things addressed and fixed in two of our bathrooms (rebuild of a toilet, new valve/fix shower faucet, address faucet issues with a sink, install correct pop-ups for another sink, etc.). I'm grateful for his help and was so pleased with his responsiveness. He is easy to work with and respectful. We will definitely be calling him should needs arise in the future. "We needed someone to replace our windows, and a friend recommended EDI, we called them and they responded very quickly and gave us a good price to replace all our windows. Having them working on that, we have decided to go ahead and replace floors, added also an interior paint and install new lights in our kitchen, living room, bedrooms and hallway. The place looks pretty much brand new now, all we have left to do is to renovate the bathrooms. We are very pleased with everything they have done for us."
