He's is extremely professional being polite, understanding (I'm a handicapped senior citizen), works hard - always making me aware of what he's doing and double checking my approval !, and willing to share his expertise. These are qualities that are hard to find, especially since I'm "old" and more importantly " a single woman"!! I don't feel I'm being taken advantage of !! I've done my homework and gotten 3 other estimates and in one case felt I was being "set up" and all of them, not being given the opportunity to realize WHY the charge was what it was.
