He happily answered all my questions and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left. Nick, at Quick Drain, was highly recommended with a write up that “he’s done some work for York Properties, and he’s one of the best service people I’ve ever worked with”. We called him up and he promptly came out to take care of our drainage problems. He’s a workhorse! Cleaning out drains (even having to access one from the roof as we did not have a clean out), inspecting drains with his camera, and cleaning up after himself! He also recommended another company who could install a cleanup for our old house. Could not be more pleased with this young man’s fine, professional service !"

"They did a good job and followed up quickly to install a riser. Good service at a good price. BUT... I was a bit skeptical of their recommendation for a new filter and expensive turbo cleaning of the septic field/components. I declined the recommendation. The septic field isn't showing any signs of a problem (soggy/soft ground). I might regret it, but I suspect they were needlessly upselling me."

"They really do mean now. They installed a sewer cleanout same day, by hand digging since company back hoes were all in use. It was an urgent situation with all home drains backing up and they got all the drains going same day, and eliminated all sources of sewer gas and corrected several improper plumbing installs the next day. They were a bit pricy but they do guarantee their service for 5 years and offer financing. I will definitely use them again for big plumbing projects."

But 2000+ reviews and an A rating meant I would see if they had any openings. The office was pleasant to work with and informed me of what to expect at each step. They provided a 2 hr arrival window, and then the day of called and let me know when technician was on the way (ALWAYS appreciated!). Technician was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient - a pleasure to work with. One furnace had a uniquely unusual problem which was explained very clearly to me and the technician was very honest that the fix we could try may not work. But, he was able to fix both furnaces in about 2 hours! Overall, every step of the process went very smoothly. I see why so many A reviews. Will use them again!"
