"We had 1/3 aluminum fence, 2/3 black chain link fence installed around our large backyard. We got several quotes, and theirs was the lowest. Unfortunately, it was for good reason. We had made sure where our plot lines were, which, on initial measurements, we were not 100 sure, yet. We found the stakes, and clearly marked them AND told the owner that we did that. We discussed them putting the fence a certain distance from the plot lines. Well, they proceeded to put the fence a significant amount over the lines. We did not realize until they were done, and our neighbor mentioned it did not look right. When we brought it to thr owner attention, he said he would charge us the labor to move it. At this point, we had not paid the balance. Long story short, it took us getting advice from a lawyer friend before they agreed to fix their mistake. Apparently, they did the same to our neighbor a few doors down, which we did not find out til after the fact. "

We asked him to remove some old satellite wires and repair the small piece of siding where the wire was located. He also agreed to hang a door in our bedroom. Miguel changed the color of our siding without consulting us. The siding he hung was shiny and dark. Our homeowners association requires siding to be uniform. He also butchered the door where the hinges are and painted the hinges. Upon completion, he asked to be paid without communicating about any of this. The pictures attached speak volumes about their work. When asked to fix it, he said when he gets time he'll let us know. Suffice to say, we have moved on to another company to repair his horrible work. "
