"First of all, I must apologize to Carl, for the lateness of this review. The job was actually completed back in August 2021. I was introduced to Carl, by another friend. I have a custom water feature in my dining area/kitchen. Essentially a bubble wall. Carl was very punctual, and professional to work with on this project. I know I won't have to be concerned about maintaining my water feature now. Carl, was meticulous in his drawing out the plans, and the best and SAFEST way to accomplish our goal. The project overall took about 3 weeks. I was on an extended time off, so time wasn't too much of a factor for me. We communicated regularly, when I had concerns, Carl would respond in a fairly quick manner. To finish the project on time, Carl came on a Saturday, worked from about 11:00 to 6:00pm that evening. I was most impressed with his due diligence, and quality of work. When it was all said and done, I had a new platform and support for my bubble wall feature. This has made it so easy and SAFE to do maintenance on my water feature. I used to dread having to work on my water feature, as it was a royal PIA to get to when servicing. Very pleased with my results. I still have some final touches to do on the water project, but that is not under Carl's purvey. One day I got a pleasant surprise as well. I had been working to figure out what mural I want to cover the wall section. One day I received a text from Carl. He had meticulously drawn out the dimensions to give to the mural folks, to custom design my mural. This was a few months after the project was completed! I don't have the mural done yet. With my flight schedule, difficult to fit it in right now. I was very happy with my project completion. I would certainly use Carl and Company for any further work needed. Thank You Carl."

From the get-go, they were responsive, timely and professional, and very easy to work with. I had a mess of a kitchen in dire need of updating. Because my kitchen was so bad, my original estimate came in way above the cost for my home. They worked with me to get the cost down to a reasonable amount while maintaining an impressive result. My home is a bit older and they were even able to match my 50 year old crown molding, along with making my kitchen now flow the way a kitchen should. I never liked cooking in my kitchen before but now, it's a pleasure just to be in there. "Taylor has been absolutely an life saver for our family. He has fixed our dryer when I think a belt went out. Then a few years later, he came back for our dryer because a light was on and we thought we needed the vent the cleaned, which he said he would do. But when he got here, he said the light on the vent was more cosmetic, and if we really wanted him to fix it, he would, but it wasn't necessary. Plus, he checked our vent and said it was pretty clear looking. He gave us some recommendations that we could try on our own to help and they worked. Wow!! Such an honest and hard working guy. "I saw a drip coming down from the ceiling, hitting my wood floor and I immediately knew that my water heater was about to expire. Right away, I went through Angie's List to request an emergency repair and Bacon responded by phone in about 10 minutes. I spoke with a very friendly and personable dispatcher and she told me they would have a technician out as soon as possible. Within about 90 minutes, the technician, Mario Cisneros, arrived and assessed the issue and provided several options for replacement. He left to order parts and get an assistant to help him with the installation. After a few hours of very hot work up in my attic, it was replaced and in perfect working order. Mario and his assistant were outstanding, friendly, and personable and explained what was going to be done every step of the way. I could not be more pleased with the results. Fantastic job!
