They made sure our furniture was moved safely - tarps were placed from door to door to protect our floors - they made a special effort to keep the wife informed and allowed her to place the various components (grab bars, compartments, etc) so there would be no angst at the end. Cleaned up their work areas (inside and out) and hauled away old tub and panels) - made sure both of us understood the mechanics of the equipment and allowed me one extra day before signing off on the project for some antagonistic testing. "The gutters got cleaned. Leaf Filters were installed on the gutter. I am waiting to see if the filters actually worked. There were two issues. The first is that the installer did not show for the orginal appointment. I had to call customer service to reschedule the appointment. The second issue is that two items in my garage were stolen. The items were a toilet auger and a day pack. The day pack contained "essential items" for hiking that I have had for at least 30 years. Essential means items like a compass, emergency blanket, first aid etc. plus a monocular. It will cost around $250.00 to replace."

"A step n'shower was installed in one 12 hour day. Installers were professional, worked to remove tub and then install an excellent step-in shower. Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. The slight problem was not due to their installment and they advised me as to the next step. I am thoroughly satisfied."
