"We had a small job but I was very pleased with the service outcome as I had an overall pleasant experience from initial contact to completion of the install. Solid Stone Fabricators rep contacted me in a timely fashion reqarding my emailed inquiry via Angie's List where I included a picture of cabinet needing counter and provided measurements and they were able to give me an estimate via phone and email based on the info I provided which I appreciated instead of wasting my time to come out first. <br /> Gerardo who was my contact person was very easy to work with and very responsive to follow-up questions before the install. There was an error that was made by the guys during the install but Gerardo ensured that it was rectified and in a timely fashion as well, pain free which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family and will use them in the future. <br />"

"It went great!  Restored my faith in being able to find expert craftsmen to do remodeling work at the house.  Every appointment was right on time (or a few minutes early), all the estimate details were carefully explained and questions answered by Terry, David or Jennifer who really care about doing an excellent job and satisfying customer expectations.  Measuring and templating were done using laser measurement equipment and were extremely accurate.  Fabrication was outstanding with careful positioning to capitalize on the patterns in the slabs and to minimize seam obviousness.  Installation was on time, carefully done, with wonderful results by a friendly, careful crew with lots of experience.  All crews respected our house, keeping the floors protected, doing any cutting outside and cleaning up quite well--even to our standard.  The appliance installers worked very hard to do a cleanly executed, professional job of getting the new downdraft ventilator installed, and the tile crew was precise, diligent and careful.  All cleaned up after each day or phase of the job.  All crews called the evening before the appointed work day to confirm and advise exact time of arrival the next day and then showed up as stated. <br /> Some of the staff can seem a bit brusque at first, but are only trying to be efficient and are always willing to take the time needed to answer any questions.  Do not be put off by this as these people are craftsmen who really care and do outstanding work. <br /> We are very happy with our kitchen and recommend Heritage Stonecraft highly! <br /> <br />"

"Perfection! <br /> The marble in my master bath was dull and water spotted. Black marble is extremely hard to polish and care for. David and his crew arrived promptly and started to work. This process took them two full days. They cleaned up and vacuumed at the end of each day. <br /> David explains in detail what he is going to do and the science behind what he says. He has researched and studied the art of restoration. His attention to detail and perfection is like no one I have ever had in my home. <br /> My bath looks as close to new as it can get. My white grout lines had yellowed and looked dirty. After polishing and cleaning the floor, they applied a platinum color epoxy on every grout line in my bathroom. This has made a huge difference. The floors and shower look fabulous. <br /> One area on the black vanity didn't look quite perfect so David returned and spent the entire day polishing until he was satisfied. He will be back in a few months to restore the slate on our patio. <br /> I recommend David and Bizallion floors with no hesitation."

"Thom not only did a great job updating my kitchen 4 years ago, he also earned the nickname "stone-man" because of the great education he gave me on all the different types of stone when we spent a half day together on granite row. So when I decided to do a major remodel on my master bath this spring, there was no question who I wanted to do it. Thom's shower guy, Josh & I came up with a design together and then he ripped out the old roman tub and gold-framed, phonebooth size shower and replaced it with a granite & marble walk in shower with room enough to walk into and out of the shower and turn on both shower heads without getting a drop of water on you. It is just huge and I don't miss the old Roman tub at all. Sue held my hand throughout the process, Josh's creativity added some things I hadn't thought of and in the end, Thom has has become a friend that I keep up with as well as the best "stoneman" in DFW. 10 stars!"

"Overall everything was great. Craig spoke about the quality of work and the level of experience of his workers so we were expecting a larger bid than we got. They came and took detailed measurements and it took about a week to get the manufacturing of the granite done. The installation was precise and nearly flawless. They placed the seam in a space where it would not be easily noticed and their precision was mind blowing. The guys installing were extremely professional, laid down protective covering on our wood floors, and stayed until nearly 10p.m. on a Friday evening to make sure the job was done and done right. We can not thank Craig and his group enough for the beautiful countertops. As we continue through the renovation of our house there is no reason for us to look any further than New Concepts for any future granite work. Thanks again Craig."

"The Crews Louis and Oscar did very good job timely and professionally. Nicely protected base boards. Whole polish job was well done. The areas of  concern was that the cleaning after polish was not thorough enough and left some trace of powder chemical which led to some color change in some areas. We cleaned it ourselves to further discolor marble floor. Generally, we are satisfied the results and the floor turned out much better than before . <br /> Dale was very patient and helpful. He gave us very good advice and no pressure. His advice turned out very good. Office manger Laurie was very courtesy and responsive too. <br /> The price was still high, but like someone said there is not much choices in the market. <br /> <br />"

"I called Granite Zone and they were very responsive. I had small bath vanity and we were very picky on the color. They did they're best to find a color my wife would like. Ultimately they referred me to floor and decor to look at prefab counters. We found a color we were happy with. They picked up the slab and finished the fabrication and installed. I was very happy with their work and will use them again in the future. <br>"

"Just had Total Floor Care clean and seal our travertine foyer and slate patios and porch. Mitch and his wife did a simply excellent job and our travertine and slate look amazing. He was excellent about calling to provide status of when they would arrive and he was great about communicating what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what it will do for the surface he was working on. They do excellent work and I would recommend them highly to anyone."
