We have many mature trees that require frequent trimming. There are Live Oaks, Red Oaks, Crape Myrtles, Elms, Yaupon, and Japanese Maple. Over the years I have used several tree services, with mixed results.

I heard about S&P from neighbors who were very pleased with their work. I requested an estimate. Jesse came the next day. I was very impressed with his professional manner and the courtesy he showed me. The estimate was fair so we made an agreement.

The work was completed easily in one day with a large crew. Jesse was available throughout the day to make sure the work was being done to my satisfaction. The crew showed the same degree of professionalism and courtesy as I had seen from Jesse.

After the trimming, all the debris was removed carefully.

"When the team came out I had one tree that I knew needed to be cut back to provide clearance over the road and sidewalk. They also looked at the other trees and shrubs on my property and made suggestions of what else could be done to keep limbs off my house and keep the trees healthy. I ended up getting them to trim all of the trees in my front yard, remove dead growth from my shrubs, remove two dead trees in the back, and treat all trees. Once everything was trimmed and cleaned out in the front beds they made suggestions for could be planted to make the front look really good. I was extremely happy with the work they did and I will absolutely be using them again for new planting in the front beds."

"They were quick and concise and did a great job.
I wanted to trim the Bradford pear tree back considerably but keep it standing because it shades the entire south wall (which is brick so there is a huge thermal mass there).
I had contacted Wright to do the trimming for all three trees for about $500.
After they had finished, my wife decided she wanted the Bradford cut down so they did for only 100 more.
The price for both services was very reasonable.
I did like the fact that they would cut it all the way down right then and for only $100 more. I had gotten estimates to trim and cut down and they were the best price for the comfort level (there were cheaper estimates but I did not feel comfortable with them).
The long and short it is that they did great work and I would use them again.

"They arrived on time. Reviewed the services to be performed. The tree was down quickly and they hauled it away as well. They had to remove a section of my fence for this, which they did and put it all back the way it was. My only confusion was on what happens to the tree stump. I had never had this done before so didn't ask about the tree stump removal until they were half way through the job. I was able to call them and get that arranged during the time they were there though."
