They did an outstanding job from conception through to the last details in finishing an extensive series of renovations - complete kitchen tear-down and renovation, master bathroom and closet teardown and renovation, two bathroom complete retiling/renovation, building two new rooms out of a very large basement, and replacing two forced air HVAC systems - they managed all aspects including proper construction permits. They did high-quality work at a very good price. They did an outstanding job with the work, with high attention to detail. Their communication was very strong from beginning to finish, their initial plan recommendations were excellent, they made several recommendations to not only make the job better, but also make it more cost effective along the way. They were reliable and consistent, and very genuine, "real" people. I have to imagine there will be very high demand for their services. I can’t recommend highly enough. "I needed an outside frost proof faucet replaced and asked for an estimate over the phone which they refused to give, show up fee was $49 so I took a shot. Online estimates for the work were $150-$500, thought it would be on the lower end as it was replaced before so it already had an access panel. They quoted $950!!!! I paid the $49 and consider it a lesson learned."

The two bathrooms were completely renovated in 5 weeks, but it could have been finished even sooner if we hadn’t selected a premium option for our shower glass enclosure. The entire project was started and finished between January 21, 2025 until February 28, 2025, which included the crew working two Saturdays, which shows their dedication in getting the job done. We were very impressed with KBA over the entire project! Specifically, we were impressed at how smooth and efficient the entire process was. It was seamless – from the initial consultation to the execution of the job. The designer, Anna, was very thorough and helpful in sketching the designs of new bathrooms and offering advice on recommended materials for the bathroom, to include going above and beyond in helping us choose just the right paint colors to perfectly blend with our newly installed bathroom accessories. Anna and Ervin both made after hour visits to provide their insight on color schemes and where bathroom accessories should be installed and look best. The installation team always showed up on time, left the work area clean, and went above and beyond to make our design a reality. "Being a MVP customer was time for Heating/Cooling safety inspections. Kevin Stanley was the HVAC Service Tech assigned to the job. He went over a few issues on our older unit he found during his inspection. I never felt pressured to have the work done and so glad he resolved them on the same day. He definitely went out of his way doing a great job. He explained everything to me that he was doing and also answering all the questions I had. The price was reasonable. "I have been using the team at home breakthrough for years. At this point they fully remodeled my basement including adding a new bathroom/wet bar. As well as a huge overhaul of my main floor bath and laundry room. The quality of their work is outstanding. I also love their quote structure. They start with a labor number and give you an idea of what materials will cost but it’s essentially a chose your own adventure on how high end you want to go on features etc and they are very helpful to guide you on the way as well as have great experts to point you to on cabinets, fixtures, tile, countertops etc to help you achieve your vision.
