"He was very responsive and accommodating, providing me an estimate after hours and also squeezing me into his busy schedule at the last minute. The work took a little longer than expected and a couple things were left off my to do list that I thought were included in the initial estimate. I didn’t bother to say anything because he did re grout my entire tub which was not on my list so I was very appreciative. Here are the things I had issues with: The tile he replaced in the shower were a different color then what I have installed, the dry wall repair looks unfinished and although he took the time to explain my faulty shower plumbing issue (and even tried to to do the best he could to repair it), the shower is now in a worse condition than before the repairs and my water is not getting hot anymore."

He also took the time to research what paint/stain would be best, and waited for the best time to apply it. "We were extremely pleased and satisfied with the services performed by Two By Four Construction. When I moved into my home in 2015, the knee high wall door was an eye sore!!! The builder recommended doubled sided tape to hold it in place! Needless to say that was short lived. I wanted to get it repaired but was particular about what I wanted to it to look like. Long story short I submitted an inquiry November 2020 and Mr. Gary Stannard and his team responded and came to our rescue! I've included before and after photos. "Thomas M was an excellent technician and did great work fixing all the basement windows around the house. These windows are difficult to find a replacement but he was able to repair and repaint them. The other technician was Pablo He worked on caulking all the windows around the house and he did some filling work on the garage sliding doors You did a good job, but Pablo left his trash around and didn’t pick up after himself so Thomas M and I did that on the third day. It took three days total, but it was two men for two days and one man for a 3/4 of a day actually. Although I’ll probably get charged for a full day, since it went past noon. The labor portion is the most expensive and a little higher than I initially anticipated. So, I was hoping for a quicker turnaround, but overall quality work was completed. I would highly recommend Thomas M as a technician to do future work. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and does a great job. I would hire again but include more details in the contract language."
