"Shah was very professional and took the time to explain what needed to be done. I don’t live on the property. He took it upon himself to reach out to the building manager and tenant to make sure electric was off during the work and my tenant was comfortable. There was a slight hiccup when it was realized that the new panel needed to be moved. Shah took the executive decision to wait a few more days to consult with me on the new placement and the aesthetic of the box. I appreciated that a lot. They were able to move it to the dining room wall but build a molding around it so it came out looking really nice! They fixed the drywall and painted too. I didn’t have to do anything. "I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Appleton Campbell.  The technician that was sent to my house (Michael) arrived on time and spent a lot of time with me going over the various options for my 80 gallon electric water heater replacement.  Michael also took the time to test my well water for me (At no charge) and brought it to my attention that my water was very acidic and that my neutralizer tank was not working properly.  I plan to call Michael back in the next few weeks to have them service my neutralizer tank.
Unfortunately as of April 2015 they are no longer making 80 Gallon water heaters so I was  unable to use this company for the installation.  Michael did provide me with other alternatives to an 80 Gallon tank but the new Hybrid systems are out of my budget and a 50 gallon water heater will not cut it for the size of my house. 
Michael and Appleton Campbell have been added to "My Favorites" on Angie's List and plan on using them in the future for other services/projects.
