"We called DoneRite after the water heater replacement company fiddled with the Town’s water supply end and somehow caused a blockage that shut off water supply coming into our house. Willis and his assistant arrived promptly and were confident in their assessment of the situation and their proposed solution. They were courteous in their interactions and also said that if their solution did not work then they would not charge us. The Town had informed us the previous day that they should be contacted first to come and shut off the Town end of the supply for any repair work. Willis was respectful of this request from us and waited patiently for half an hour for the Town to send their people. Willis suggested a replacement for our main water valve (which was very old and stuck), and also got our water supply back quickly. "Appleton Campbell just did a complicated 2-day gas furnace/AC unit installation attached our home. It was, probably, the most professional and well-handled vendor experience I have ever had, particularly with some complications that occurred due to things found after the old system was removed. From the sales process to the pre-project staff to the office staff who alerted me each time the crew was heading to my home, to the on-site crew of Mike W., Danny R. and Jake A., the experience was A+. Even when the one issue was presented, they came up with a solution and I remained confident they would. They were extremely clean and neat, during and after they were done. I did getting three bids for this and they were slightly higher than the others, but I felt more comfortable and frankly, I believe I got my moneys worth as they also had to fabricate and redo a complicated return and vent line, and they also moved the gas line, refrigerant line and other conduits/poles/switches to a more convenient area than with my prior (similar but older) system. In short, I felt like the value was there. They also included a Home Savings Agreement for one year and left me with a consolidated notebook of all relevant documents.
