They took their time, had great attention to detail and even came back a 3rd day to do some caulking touch up and and another sweep of the yard for nails and old shingles. Communication throughout the process was top notch. My neighbor had his roof installed by a lower cost company on the same day and wishes he spent the extra money to have it done right. Their pricing is competitive, but may not be the cheapest. However, you get what you pay for! I would highly recommend this company for any roof repairs or replacements."

"Team along with company owner arrived early and covered shrubs and grass around house with tarps, parked dump trailer in driveway for trash. Multiple guys on roof stripping off shingles and two guys on ground cleaning up as they worked. Roof underpayment and drip edge was on before lunch. With only about three and a half hours of daylight left, 9 guys all went to work on laying 30 squares of shingles, ridge vent and caps finishing the job in one day. Yard was cleaned up and nails were removed with a magnet, yard was left just as they found it. Evan’s Roofing team was experienced and very professional, using quality Owings Corning roofing products to complete the job. This is the second roof they have done for my family this year and they will be doing two more family houses in the spring. "After seeing several water spots on my ceilings, I called two roofing companies to evaluate. One recommended an inexpensive solution for a few minor repairs. Jay from Home Wise recommended a full replacement. After a lengthy discussion to try to understand why the disparity, I went with Jay and full replacement. When my shingles were removed it was just like Jay said - multiple areas of excessive water damage with many pieces of plywood being replaced. The inexpensive repair would have been a complete waste of money. The work went smoothly and I have a beautiful new roof. I highly Recommend Jay and his team. "Needed to replace our 20 year old roof. Timothy's installed the last roof for the previous owners. Called and Russ came out the same day. Felt he gave me honest advice about what needed to get done. No pressure tactics. Got another quote from a reputable company and Timothy's quote was better by about $700. We decided to replace the flat roof and gutters in addition to the main roof. Signed the contract a few days later and Russ and his guys installed it 3 days later. Install of both roofs and the gutters was completed in 1 day. He took the call around 7:45am, he showed up at the time agreed-upon a few hours later - literally at the exact time; no 2-3 hour window. When he arrived, he shared helpful insights, hit the roof, made the fixes and I got me back to work in time for the end of lunch. Bill worked with me graciously when delays in other work on my house and adverse spring weather required pushing back his schedule.
