"Over 15 years they have installed 3 new garage doors, repaired springs in old garage doors, serviced motors and belts. EVERY time, the products and service were impeccable. What REALLY has stood out is customer service. Over 15 years, I have probably called 8-10 times with "problems" with a power door. Every time, the receptionist would try to "solve" my problem. If she didn't feel competent, she would get a tech, manager, or owner to "walk" me thru the "problem". 80-90% of the problems could be fixed quickly and easily with a little step-by-step advice. The owner said, " I'd be happy to schedule a repair, but you already have removed the part and have it in your hand.
