"05/14/2014-A lot more is happening.  The current hold up is due to the permits office in Jefferson County, WV.  It is over a flood plain issue, and the county not allowing a repair.  Since my last post, manager Doug Brenner has jumped through many hoops with the county, making many calls and visits to the county permit office and completing their additional requirements.  Champion, at their own expense, hired a surveyor to shoot an elevation to prove the property was not in the floodplain which cost them $1,000.00.  Mr. Brenner has kept us up to date with everything that is going on and we HOPE to bring this to a quick resolution so that we can get our room replaced!

We have yet to see how it will go.  We signed our contract on 09/28/2013. (corrected from 12/28/2013) Jim the salesman was very nice and accomodating.  The manager, Doug, has not followed up regarding when the permit will be ready and they can start.  When we called, several weeks ago, we were told that the permit was still with their engineers.  It is now 3/31/14 and nothing yet.  I am hoping that things happen soon and we can change this review to one that says "Well satisfied, great job on the finished project, Champion.""

"I have never had gutters on my home, so when Gutter Guys visited to do an estimate, they needed to look at the entire home, front and back. They gave me several options including only having the front of the home done, or having the entire house done in normal gutters. They also gave me prices for the cadillac of gutters which has the "GutterGard" which leaves no need for cleaning out the gutters. The idea of climbing a ladder a couple times a year was not inviting, and once they shared a payment plan with me, I was sold. They did the estimate and came back on the day they promised and on time. The work was done quickly, but very efficiently. They showed me what they were doing and how the installation would be done. Once finished they cleaned all their mess up and left me with great looking gutters! I would highly recommend the Gutter Guys!

Bill came and walked roof, explained material options, addressed all my concerns with various leakpoints I’d discovered upon moving into my home. He communicated promptly regarding scheduling, his crew was great, they worked efficiently to complete my roof same day. They cleaned up all the materials upon completion and showed me at different points how they addressed the pre-existing damage/leaks. I will definitely use All Exteriors again. In fact, planning to hire for exterior wall of home that also has extensive water damage (from roof problem). "We decided to use this company after reading the reviews on Angie's list and after receiving a fair estimate from them.  Other companies were quoting $300 or more for the same work.  Anthony was extremely responsive and was very accommodating to our schedules.  Orlando's crew came promptly on the scheduled day and began work right away.  They took the time to protect our carpets and were very courteous taking off their shoes to do so.  We had 2 bedrooms painted.  Orlando's crew did minor drywall repair, painted 2 coats on the wall, painted the ceiling as well as all the trim.  We provided the paint, which reduced the cost.  They began at 7am and the work was completed by 3pm.  The bedrooms look fantastic and it was so nice not having to do the work ourselves!  Thanks!
