"I interviewed 3+ contractors for these projects and SemBro, by far, had the most professional, comprehensive proposal of all of the prospective contractors. Some of the key distinguishing factors were: SemBro listened to me as I explained my vision for each space; Their proposal was laid out in an easy to understand manner so I knew how much each aspect of project would cost and what each party's responsibilities would be; SemBro has staff to perform all aspects of the project (some contractors I talked to didn't handle room painting, for instance.) Finally, SemBro has a large showroom that displays samples of every facet of the project making it much easier to see how the elements would work together. I was assigned a Designer (Mariya) from their staff and she worked closely with me as we selected each item that would be needed for the renovations. Once the renovations got underway, each phase was professionally orchestrated according to what needed to be done and in what sequence. The craftsmen are highly skilled and took pride in their work. Everything was extremely professional and transparent. It was so exciting to see each area of my house transformed into a beautiful living space! When small miscommunications occurred, as is bound to happen with so many projects going on simultaneously, SemBro handled the issues with tremendous courtesy and grace. Clearly, they wanted me to be satisfied with every detail. The renovations are now complete and I'm able to move into my new (old), beautiful home. I was fortunate enough to be able to rent living space while SemBro did the renovations. I would use SemBro again in a heartbeat and can highly recommend them."

"Mose Troyer does excellent work. He is honest and easy to work with, a real professional. He easily finds solutions to difficulties. We had multiple projects that we presented to Mose. One being a utensil tray for the kitchen drawer that he built from a design that I wanted but could not find commercially. The tray fits like a glove and will last a lifetime. Also, we had exterior doors that had wood rot. Mose meticulously carved out the rot and cut many small, intricate pieces of wood, to replace those areas without compromising the original design of the front entry door. It turned out that the rot was deeper and more pronounced than originally thought, but Mose worked diligently and with great skill to make both exterior doors perfect. Mose also cut and placed a vent in a bathroom and designed and installed an access door for exposed plumbing in the laundry room. I highly recommend Mose Troyer for his skill, courteousness and overall kindness. I will be utilizing him again in the near future."
