More important, when they found out that no parts were still being made or available, they continued to research to determine what parts were available that would work to totally rebuild the fixture. The fixture is blown glass art and could not be replaced. All of the LED lights and transformer had gone out. They completely remade the fixture an it is better than when it was new. I was very fortunate that Angi recommended Powered by H. Prior to contacting Angi I had spoken to 7 other companies who declined trying to help since no parts were available. "We had a signed agreement for electrical work, I paid half up front, and on the very morning they were supposed to show up, they called to say they ?couldn?t do it for that price? and wanted more money. In my opinion, that?s unprofessional and felt like a bait-and-switch. If you can?t stand by your own quote, don?t take the job and my deposit. Pulling this stunt on the day of service showed, to me, a complete lack of reliability and respect for customers? time. I?ll gladly take my business elsewhere, and I think others should do the same."
