"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

Rich Dunne was very responsive when issues arose and made accommodations when requested. We decided at the last minute to replace our roof windows. Didn't even get a quote before-hand - we were that comfortable we were not going to be gouged. And we weren't. I carefully reviewed work as it was performed and found it to be truly quality work. "I have used NW Shine 3 times and both times have gone well. My roof had a lot of moss on it. The first time they had to clean moss off the roof of my house and treat it. The second and third times they treated the roof and cleaned the gutters. The third time they switched to a new treatment solution that lasts two years, so it will be nice having to wait a little longer between treatments. Since they cleaned and treated my roof, I have not had any moss on it. Overall, I think their price is good and they are able to respond pretty quickly to service requests. This last time they were able to come out within a few days. I also like that they will send me annual service reminders."
