Scheduling was estimated at 2 weeks out, but when I called, they had a window of time (perhaps a cancellation), so I was able to get on their schedule inside of a week. The actual job day went fantastic. Crew arrived on time and was in and out in 90 minutes, leaving a clean yard and little evidence that they were even there. "When I called for a bid David came the next morning to meet my fianc . He seemed very knowledgeable about trees and what needed to be done. We had two trees to remove from the front of our house. One of the trees was only about 5-7 feet from our house. They arrived early on the scheduled day. The crew knew exactly what they were doing. They were fast and left everything very clean. They even cleaned up the mess that the trees had already made before they arrived. The job was the same as the bid amount, no surprises. We will probably have them back in the Spring for another tree that needs to be removed."

"I want to start out by saying that this team was beyond great! Starting with Bret who has a passion for trees and really knows his stuff. He knew what all of the trees and even this portugese laurel. He really cares about the trees.
His team was amazing! I was worried that the Hemlock could not be saved. I had been told by another tree service guy that removing it was the best solution. "I have an old pear tree that badly needed pruning/trimming.  They cut off all the dead wood, took away the small trash, and made a nice pile of winter fire wood for me from the rest!   They even had extra time and trimmed an overgrown laurel.   |They had to shift the time back 30min, which is why they got a B, HOWEVER its worth saying this was a very rainy day and they still came and performed the work in the rain.   Very impressive! | |If I have to trim or cut down a tree, I'll be sure to use these guys again!"

"They did a great job with three of the trees, and with the other two they did a decent job. Unfortunately we had initially hired them to trim some branches hanging over the neighbor's fence but they didn't trim all the branches, so we still have some of the same problems."

"I got a deal for 8 hours of clean-up for $250.  I have a big yard and didn't expect them to get everything done, but 8 hours by professionals is probably 15-20 hours by me, so it was a good deal.
In general, they got a lot done and did it fairly well.  I gave them a B on quality though because there were times when a few seemed to be looking for something to do to fill their time, but there was a section of the yard that they didn't touch.  As I said, I didn't expect them to do it all, but it seemed like they were kind of milling around for the last small portion of my purchased time when there was an area full of weeds.  It was just odd, but they didn't damage plants and carried away a ton of fallen pine-needles, pine cones and other debris, so I was happy with the service.
