"The team did a great job. $2300 for an 8" 12' x 12' concrete slab for a hot tub. It felt a "little" expensive to me, but seeing the amount of work that was involved, I was happy to have it done professionally. The finished job looks great. They used rebar mesh and fiber reinforced concrete formulated for the climate. They added an nice brushed finish for good traction. We ended up getting a good discount on the hot tub, so the entire project still came in under budget."

"A neighbor had some work done by 7th State and I watched their progress, so I asked the neighbor for their contact. I had a small porch replaced by a screened porch. The original porch was wood and starting to dry rot, and was slippery in rain and snow. I met with Anthony in February for an estimate and to tell him what I wanted. The County permit process and requirements for improvement went on until September -- an 8 month wait. They required me to plant trees and shrubbery simply to replace something already there, OR pay a fee to not plant trees and shrubbery. Ashley in the office helped me through this and kept me advised of the progress toward getting it started. Work began on September 10, ended mid October. Each step had to be approved by the permit office. The workmanship and finished product are outstanding. Neighbors have complimented me on the improvement. Some workers worked up until 7:00pm to finish their part of the project. I would recommend this contractor to anybody."

Matt, the owner, came to our house, walked the roof with me to answer questions and show me problem areas and the fixes they would make. He explained the different shingle type that we could select. His office quickly provided some local homes that had recently replaced roofs in the colors we were considering. We finalized our selection based on the homes we saw. The work was scheduled and completed promptly. After the work was completed, Walter Brown Roofing quickly provided our warranty certificates and submitted the required paperwork to the shingle manufacturer.
