I manage four separate buildings with 220 units so I ve got a solid foundation on which to grade contractors and Hugo gets a 10 out of 10, HIGHLY RECOMMEND, from me. We re already planning to use him for more jobs. Him and his team of professionals not only fixed the original issue (rotted out post holding up stairs) but also went above and beyond by fixing the railing and because he said it was a quick fix included it in the original bid without increasing our cost. We re currently working to set up a carport and other metal work projects with him and his team. He does great work, cleans up after himself, and gives fair upfront clear pricing and invoicing. Again I can t say enough about this contractor…if they all worked like him my life would be so much easier!!!"

Two clowns from Belmire showed up and told me that they were "Sprinkler Technicians" and they did not do Landscaping but they could repair my sprinklers. I had some leaks so I asked how much this would cost and they told me they would not be sure until they completed the work. I did some errands and when I came back they told me it would be $150 which I paid. I just got a call from Belmire telling me I had and outstanding Invoice with them for $750 for Sprinkler Repair. If this is not a rip of in a can, I do not know what it is. Now we are going to fight over $750. "
