"Robert Geans Corp. did an outstanding job tearing out my old concrete front steps and adjacent sidewalk. The previous steps had been poured by a previous homeowner and were in sore need of repair or replacement. Desiring brick front steps, I first contacted a bricklayer, who told me I'd need to contract separately with a concrete company to pour the base/interior of the steps, on which he would then come to lay the brick pavers. He recommended Robert Geans Corp, a company with which I was unfamiliar (as this was the first concrete work I'd needed to have done since purchasing my home.) From the first estimate and through every subsequent interaction, the folks at RGC were courteous, kind, and responsive. When I went back to them to ask what I might be able to do to help trim some costs from the project, they reexamined the estimate to offer some savings suggestions where they could while giving me their honest feedback regarding corners that just couldn't be cut for the integrity of the project. They worked very well to coordinate all measurements and planning with my mason, too. The old concrete was extracted and the new concrete was poured, and all nearby areas were returned to near perfect condition. All in all, a great project and an excellent hire!"

"One screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date."

"Don, the owner of Four Seasons was very prompt and professional when he came to give us a quote for a new custom deck.  Unlike many other quotes we got from other contractors, Don's  included a complete list of materials to be used, how  the deck would be built and a complete description of the warranty.  His price turned out to be one of the most reasonable ones we received. <br /> Since Four Seasons has specialized in deck building for over 20 years they have a great reputation and are extremely busy.  We really wanted the deck built as soon as possible so I asked Don to push it ahead if he could.  Sure enough, I got a call a few days later informing me they would be starting a week early. <br /> <br /> Don and his crew were right on time as scheduled.  They framed our entire 28x14 deck in one day and finished it the next.  And our deck was not a giant square either.  It had many angled sides with bronze aluminum railing.  It turned out beautiful. My original idea was not going to work as I thought. But Don had some great suggestions that we went with and we could not be happier.  In fact, the only thing my wife and I had any pause about was the step leading to the yard. We had ordered a nice boxed in rectangular step. Well, after it was built I told Don that I wished the sides of the step angled back to the deck instead of straight back.  When I got home from work the very next day I had my angled step. Don and his crew took care of it.  A+++ service! <br /> <br /> The whole crew is experienced, professional, prompt and courteous.
