I need to have the job done in the morning before 8 if possible and need the job done when we have even a small amount of snow. I explained that to the contractor several times-yet, he still often failed to do the job early in the day,as requested. and,at times, he merely assumed that I had no snow, when I did in fact have snow. (he should have called me if he had any question about whether we had snow in our area.)I would like to use this contractor next year-but if he can"t do the job at the time requested, I will have to look elsewhere."
