"Excellent service! Communicated the issue and my options for repair or replacement. Went with the replacement of my garage door opener and technician had the unit on his truck and was able to install and have me up and running within 45 minutes."

"Transport happened two days late even after an uplift in service to assure the vehicle move happened before or on the target move date. My main issue was the communications of an issue, I was informed the morning of the day the vehicle was suppose to be off the property. Then there was no projected date for resolving the issue that I could pass on the the new property owner and no lead time to allow me to find other carriers to handle the move. Auto Transport - United Freight Of America did continue to work the issue and a new transport was provided two days later however I found out about that 1 hour before the truck was going to meet me at the property. I had arranged to have an alternate transport occur on Friday just before I got the call however I was able to cancel the Friday transport. The C rating would have been a B if there was more communication and if there was a maybe selection for "would I use them again" I would have selected that."

"I went to leave work and my garage door didn't work. It was too early to call, so I went to The Door Guys website and filled out information for the same day service. Approximately 45 minutes later a representative called and said they would have someone out to check out our door sometime that same day. They came by noon to repair the springs on the garage door opener. They also made suggestions for other repairs we should consider in the near future, such as the rollers are getting worn. I would highly recommend this company as they were very fast, reliable, and seemed reasonable. <br />"

"Eric was great. Due to my recent bad experience with a horrible con-man handyman group I was very reluctant to deal with someone again and so put feelers out for 4 groups at once. Eric was one of three that promptly responded but was the only one that wanted to come out and actually see what needed to be done and give me a proper estimate rather than just relying on pictures or verbal description (and at no cost). He is a very professional yet personable person and very knowledgeable. Not only was the work done superbly, but when he encountered an issue with one of the projects he promptly let me know and later refused to be paid for the portions of that project that he did complete as I needed to have a plumber come in and complete the last part (nothing of which was his fault in any way as it related to the system present that he would not have been aware of until he got to that portion of the project). I would also like to point out that the projects involved were a wide variety of issues and except for that one part of that one project, he was able to complete them all with excellent results. He will be coming back to complete another project due to my needing to order in some necessary items, but I will welcome him back to complete this and I plan on having him back to complete a number of other projects I have planned in the future. For now, I have labeled him as my new handyman. I have been looking for a reliable one for the past 5-6 years, and I think I finally found one. Call him up, you won't go wrong and his prices are very, very reasonable."
